software problem when starting win 95

Hello
I wonder if you could posibly help me with a problem when I run win 95.
I have some software called becker tools which is a tools and disk
program. When I start up win 95 I get this error. (ERROR: you can
only start BTSETUP.EXE from the network server or the SETUP.EXE
program.)Iwould be gratfull if you could advise how to remove this
error.
