Indo1? What type of instrument are you using? Also what wavelength BP and
Dichroic filters you are using? Any other filters?
How much UV and Visible light power are you using and what pmt voltages?
Does anyone know how results compare on a Coulter Instrument Vs. a BD
Instrument?
