I apologize in advance for this message since I realize that my request is
only distantly related to flow cytometry...
I am trying to find a lab with expertise in fluorescence in-situ
hybridization of probes to metaphase chromosome spreads in mammals. I am
particularly interested in labs that have done it with dog cells, but as it
seems, my probes work in mice and humans also. I would like to physically
map my probes to a specific dog chromosome by using chromosome specific
reference probes. Has anyone on this list done this or knows a lab that has
done FISH extensively?
I'd be glad for any hints! Thanks Michael
