And for batch file processing, WinList can automatically adjust the down-scale or upscale boundary of 1P regions to find the lowest value within a user-defined range. Flexibility and Power
WinList supports any number of displayed histograms, regions and gates, whether simple or Boolean combinations. A number of defined calculated parameters encourage you to examine your data in new ways: these include FCOM, for multiple gate-state population statistics, and FHST, used to detect changes in population frequency. And, you may create your own calculated parameters using algebraic combinations of any acquired parameters for novel analytical insights - real power, just where you need it most. An enhanced normalized histogram subtraction (ENS) routine is included for use in immunofluorescence assays. Estimation of the positive fraction in a test distribution is both fast and reliable. Unprecedented accuracy from multi-color analysis can be obtained using WinList's interactive color compensation system, eliminating the need for tedious and subjective hardware compensation settings.
