Dr. Jill Martin mentions that Volumes 41 and 42 of the Methods in
Cell Biology, devoted to flow cytometry are "not cheap, but certainly
worth of investment". These volumes, however, which contain 72
chapters, all on flow cytometric methods, are also available from
Academic Press in soft cover (comb) edition [Flow Cytometry, Second
Edition, Part A (591 pages) and Part B (697 pages); 1994) The soft
cover books are half price of the volumes of the Methods in Cell
Biology, approx $ 50.- per volume.
