I've worked with myeloma cell lines till 35PSI on a Vantage system with
TSO, sorted and cultured them. It seems OK (seem because no quantitative
data although I already have results on speed and recovery) => I have
cultured sorted cells without quantifying dead cells, they grow rapidly.
