Either one should work if you want something that can be detected in
Fl3.

absorb near 488nm and have a fluorescence about 605nm but hardly touch
the FITC and PE fluorescence for three colour staining. Who has an
idea because POLYSCIENCES themselves has no further information than
main excitation and emission values.
