Molecular Probes sells polystyrene beads that are excited at 488 nm
and emit at 605 nm or even at 645 nm.

Either one should work if you want something that can be detected in
Fl3.

Thanks

Hello,

I'm using the POLYSCIENCES fluoresbrite YG beads detected in the FITC-
channel of a three fluorescence FASCSCAN. Now I need particles which
absorb near 488nm and have a fluorescence about 605nm but hardly touch
the FITC and PE fluorescence for three colour staining. Who has an
idea because POLYSCIENCES themselves has no further information than
main excitation and emission values.

Thanks for any help

Joerg Hildmann.
