Sorting bugs

It's been awhile since I've last sorted e. coli, but I do remember they
didn't like the PBS.

Use a different sheath fluid, one provided by your client. I'm pretty sure
my client even added ascorbic acid as an anti-oxidant. We also used
compressed Nitrogen instead of the house air.
