Hello all,

When cultured cells are deprived of serum, they G1 arrest. Does anyone know
exactly what is targeted in the cell cycle to induce the G1 arrest? At what
point is it arrested, i.e. before or after cyclin D1 expression?
Can anyone recommend any journal articles where I might find the information?
Thank you in advance.
