Hello,
My problem is the measurement of Th1 vs Th2 cells flowcytometrically.
HIV infection is a major problem in Natal,S.A with about 20%
of new arrivals at the ANC in Durban being positive.
Numerous interventon studies are going on and many investigators
would like to measure these.
Does anyone have a method/reference.

TIA
Vincent
