DNA from Ethanol-fixed cells.

We need to perform PCR analyses on genomic DNA of 70% EtOH fixed cells. I am
quite certain that a method has recently been published in Cytometry.
Unfortunately, our issues are at the Binders, and we need the method
urgently. Any recommendations?.
