Which is the best method to compare the level of cell surface
antigen expression between un- and stimulated lymphocytes, ie
CD69, HLA class II, CD23? The reell question is whether an
antigen expression differs between trated animals and controls.
We have measured the fluorescence intensity by using a flow
cytometer.
