The order probably won't make any difference, you just need to determine which
init is causing the conflict. If you have a lot of inits, this can take some
time! If you have only the minimum supplied by BD with the system, you may
have to upgrade to a new AFE equivalent. If I remember right, AFE is used to
read PC disks, and it has an interface like the Font/DA mover from System 6 so
it is real clunky. You should just buy PC Exchange to replace AFE. It is an
invisible interface, it just mounts PC disks as if they were Mac-formatted.

There is a shareware init called "BeHeirarchic" in the InfoMac archives that
will do this.
