Did anyone do a study comparing Coulters EPICS XL, and the FACSCalibur as=
described in Cytometry (Communications in Clinical Cytometry) 22:232-242=
(1995).
In short several flow cytometers were tested with QuickCal (FITC) and Qu=
antum(PE) microspheres.
The BD instruments were consistently better at resolving the R-PE referen=
ce standards. The EPICS Elite was the only instrument that seemed to have=
trouble resolving the FITC standards.
