LTT with CD 69-Assay??

Hi, all there out!

I've just heard about some new BD-Kit named "FAST IMMUNE Assay system". It
should replace the former LTT-Test. Principle is to detect the CD 69 as early
indicator for Lymphocyte activation. So far so well!

Has anybody just worked with this or a similar test-Kit?
Is CD 69 a real representativ for 'Lymphocyte Transformation'?

Thanks in advance

M.
