CD10 expression in follicular lymphoma

I was interested in pursuing the references relating to neutrophil and
monocyte mobilization in response to G-CSF. Unfortunately, my search
through Medline and Current Contents turned up no matches between the
numerous citations by the multiple authors named Sica and the Journal of
Hematotherapy in 1996. In fact, Journal of Hematotherapy is not even
listed in Current Contents. Is "Sica, et al. J of Hematotherapy
5:391,1996" the correct reference?
