I am interested in analyzing quiescent and proliferating murine
lymphocytes for DNA content and cell cycle proteins (ie. G0, G1 and S
phase cyclins and cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitors) by FLOW
cytometry. I am seeking sources for antibodies directed against these
proteins, and in particular antibodies against murine cyclin D2, cyclin D3,
cylcin E, p21, p27, and p16 proteins. I would deeply appreciate any
leads as to where I can acquire the necessary antibodies ( please send
me an e-mail to ndifronz@cnmc.org ) for this study. I thank you in
advance for your assistance.
Sincerely yours,
Nancy L. DiFronzo, Ph.D.
