Greetings fellow cytometrists,

Has anyone out there in flowland used annexin V to look at
apoptosis in red blood cells? I have a researcher who is looking at
apoptosis in canine RBC's. She is using a commercial source of
annexin V (FITC labelled), and A23187 to induce the translocation of
PS to the cell surface. We are getting no staining whatsoever.
Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!
