Am interested in doing the same thing (see communication to mailing list on
21/11/96). I presume you are talking about isolating DNA from
formaldehyde-fixed material that was previously embedded in paraffin. What
do you want to look at post DNA extraction?
Would be very interested in your replies if you would be so kind as to
forward them on.
Have you tried any PCR Methodology on nuclear suspensions prepared from
tissue sections?
