A graduate student here at UC Davis is interested in performing flow
cytometry on bovine endothelial cells infected with Bluetongue Virus. He
would like to obtain information on ovine and bovine endothelial
cell-specific monoclonal antibodies against: CD31, CD34, CD62E, CD62P,
CD102, CD106, MHC I, MHC II, CD45, cytokeratins, alpha actin and desmin.
Any help in locating these reagents or information on cross reactions with
mAbs to other species would be appreciated.
CD-ROM Vol 3 was produced by Monica M. Shively and other staff at the
Purdue University Cytometry Laboratories and distributed free of charge
as an educational service to the cytometry community.
