you could try my utility, FCS Assistant available from;

It allows you to add time and do off-line ratioing to FCS1 and FCS2 files
(saving as FCS2 for cellquest), it also exports line graph data (for mean
versus time plots), histogram data and dotplot data text files for plotting
in Excel or Cricket Graph. It also allows you to singly or batch convert
files from FCS1.0 (B-D/HP, VAX, Coulter IBM) to FCS2.0 format.
You can also find a copy of Soft-flow's HPtoMac disk reading software there.
