We are attempting to load Filegaurd V3.01 (I think) on to a PowerMac
7600/120 which is attached to the FACScalibur. The user's currently have no
security limitations. Cellquest version 3.0f opens fine. However, whenever
one tries to open any Instrument Settings files, the computer crashes or we get
any of a number of errors. We were forced to take Fileguard off of the
computer so that we could acquire data.
Does anyone have any suggestions that might remedy this problem?
We spoke briefly with ASD software (manufacturer of Fileguard) and they could
not resolve the conflict. I know that a number of you are running this
software and any suggestions would be appreciated.
