Cost for use of core facility

Sorry to ask for a repeat. Recently there was a review of a survey of
charges for use of flow machines in core facilities, including a breakdown
of with or without technical help. I can't find my copy of the data and now
I need it. If anyone has this survey I would appreciate sharing of the
data. I also would appreciate input of what you charge for use of
facilities including heavy technical support. Thanks.
