We are looking at flow cytometry, surface antigens as well as DNA
(ploidy status/cell cycle), in lymphnodes from patients with low
grade NHL. I would be interested to communicate with others in this
area, and/or hear of any promising prognostic pointers.
I would also be very grateful if anyone has a protocol for growing
lymphoma B-cells using immobilized anti-IgM antibody and IL-2/IL-4
or ANYTHING else which works!
Many thanks,
Stan.
