The (E)xtended listing included the following data (I think I am
remembering this correctly):
file name
date
size
sample ID
extension
It is the 'sample ID' that I particularly want, since file names may be
something meaningless like DATA001, DATA002, etc., while sample ID (or
patient ID) is usually more descriptive, like 'PBL auto control'. Since
the sample ID can be up to 40 characters in length, it is generally more
useful. Does anyone have or know of such a batch program that is
available?
Thanks for the help!
