I have an investigator here who asked me for the ratio of FL1 (FITC)
to FL4 (Texas Red) on his cells and as it turns out the Vantage is
NOT capable of doing ratios between lasers (it can do ratios from
signals coming off of each individual laser in real time). Can MFI
do this for me?
If it can, since I don't have easy access to a PC, could I possibly
ask you to run a few Vantage listmode files (10-20). I would greatly
appreciate it.
If MFI does not do this , do you know of any software out there that
can? Thanks !
