CD-Chex control cells

Has anyone used CD-Chex control cells from Streck Labs as positive
a positive control for reactivity of human leukocyte-reactive monoclonal
antibodies?
We received a free sample several months ago and although the cells
within lymphocyte gates reacted with T and B cell specific antibodies,
cells in the granulocyte gates did not react with MY4 (CD14), My7
(CD13), MY8 (CD11b) or MY9 (CD33).
We later received another sample of these control cells and got the
same results. A call to the manufacturer was never returned.
Is anyone else using these controls? We wanted to use them in place
of the Coulter Cyto-trol cells we are now using because of the
potential for confirming the reactivity of our monocytic/myelocytic
monoclonal antibodies when we analyze a specimen suspected of
AML, etc.
Has anyone else had a similar experience? Is anyone using them
with satisfactory results?
