Addendum to Fees survey

It's been suggested that those who respond to my request for information
on your fee schedule might also include hours/week that the machine(s) are
used, and percentage of time spent sorting, etc. Please respond; even if
your workload is more routine than mine I think we might discover some
interesting facts about ourselves!
