One of my users is interested in isolating infiltrating
lymphocytes from murine cardiac tissue for flow analysis in a model of
autoimmune endocarditis. Cardiac tissue is very tough....., does anyone
have any suggestions or ideas on how to proceed? An inital collaganse
treatment was unsuccessful.
CD-ROM Vol 3 was produced by Monica M. Shively and other staff at the
Purdue University Cytometry Laboratories and distributed free of charge
as an educational service to the cytometry community.
