give the following information. We had the new flow cell installed several
months ago. I find that we have significantly less problems with bubbles in the
flow cell on startup than we did with the earlier version. We have not had any
problem with clogging in the insertion rod although we only use unfixed washed
lymphoid cells. There has been no change in the CVs or other behavior of the
instrument that we can detect. Hope this helps.
