In our present study we want to examine the cellular DNA content of
spontaneous abortions by flow cytometry.
We are looking for the exact classification of diploid and aneuploid peaks.
Are there estimations of percentages for the analysis of cell cycle
kinetics especially for abortion material?
How many cells have to be in G2/M-peak to represent a tetraploid population
(10%, 15%)?
How can mosaicism be defined?
Thank you in advance
