To all readers:
I am rather embarassed to ask a clinical question. What are the ways of
identifying by flow cytometry clonal excess in T cell lymphoma?
I read an article sometime ago claiming that for B cell lymphomas
the sum of IgG, IgA and IgD (or IgM) stained cells is better than
kapp/lambda ratio for identifying clonal excess. Unfortunately I cannot
find this paper (misplaced). Does anyone remeber this paper?
Thank you for your attention.
