Dear colleagues:
Can anyone supply some figures for CD38, CDw90 (Thy-1) and/or HLA-DR +/-
proportions in the CD34+ cells in human cord blood leucocytes or foetal liver
leucocytes (or any other human leucocytes, for that matter)? I want to check
my figures and see whether the antibodies I am using (FITC for subsets versus
PE-antiCD34/PerCP-anti-CD45) are performing as they should.
Any references to recent publications (I have some), especially on analysis
variants, also appreciated.
