Hello to all,

is anyone aware of a publication on the relative
signal to noise ratio or detection limit of
Cy5-conjugated antibodies in comparison
to alternative fluorochromes (FITC, R-PE,
PerCP, PE/Cy5, APC, Cy3, LissRhod,
TxR). References to a comparison of
light sources for Cy5 (HeNe, Kr, or diode)
also highly welcome.

Thanks for any help,

Gregor Rothe
