Richard Allman and Amanda Taylor have contributed a
section to my book on this topic. They give methods
and key references. The section is illustrated with
files of listed data acquired using cells lines and
human leucocytes. They used FITC-labelled bacteria and
fluorescent microspheres. There is also a section on
oxidative metabloism in phagocytes.
The book is published on CD-ROM and is available from
Phoenix Flow Systems and was advertised in the
Cytometry Supplement for ISAC XVIII in Rimini.
