Hi to the list

A colleague has a need to perform cytoplasmic IgM staining on B-ALL
blood samples. Does anyone have experience with performing this assay
using flow cytometry. Any advice on the antibody source, the protocol of
cytoplasmic fluorescent staining, and references would be appreciated.

Thanks
