However,
I have also seen a rare blood samples with strikingly significantly higher
autofluorescence than normal rbc's stained with TO. In one instance, this
caused problems for the automated program supplied by BD on the FACScan
(several years ago). Don't know what they were. I had always wondered if
the patients weren't being treated with some drug.
