Pharmingen sell an antibody against mouse=20
dendritic cells (which I haven't tested yet). We=20
are using flow to identify dendritics from spleen=20
and epidermis. Note that they express M1/70=20
antigen (Mac-1) but to a lower extent than=20
macrophages. Also there is a small spleen=20
population that stains with RA3-6B2 (anti-B220) in=20
our hands (tubes..). If you can get rid of B cells=20
I guess that classII should be ok. Why not also=20
try class I?
