Dear Fellow Cytometrists:
I have been adviced by Molecular Probes Inc. to use Calcein-AM instead of
5-Carboxyfluorecein diacetate for staining for live cells.
Have anyone used any of those dyes especially on attached cell lines? Thanks
in advance for any responses.
