FISH by flow

Is anyone using their cytometer for FISH analysis of interphase nuclei?? I've
seen plenty about sorting metaphase chromosomes, but all we work with are
interphase nuclei (centromere probes) looking for specific whole chromosome
deletions or additions. Any input or rumors would be appreciated.
