Please forgive this question from a complete idiot in the world of
leukemias. I understand that tumour-specific antigens, or targets specific
to leukemic cells exist. Is there a good review paper that could tell me
what antigens are specific for what forms of leukemia? The antigen has to
be positively there i.e. the absence of a marker being indicative of a
transformed cell is of no use. Preferably the antigen has to be absent or
expressed at very low levels on normal cells.
Many thanks,
Mark.
