We have been wondering if anybody has used flow cytometry to count the
number of infected cells in HIV-1 patients. Any communications of
correlation to molecular biology (ie. semiquantitative HIV-1 RNA-PCR)?
If so, is the infected fraction predictive of clinical outcome of HIV-1
infected patients?
