As was already stated you could rely on Fsc-SSC in a linear mode
biparameter histogram and see a shift mostly in SSC, but diagonally as
well. A second approach is to label with a bright CD like CD45 and on FL1
or FL2 depending on the conjugate you should in a linear mode see
integral multiples of the singlet fluorescence. good luck.
