If you just want to sort one batch of cells on a slide, you can put your
slide on top of the plexiglass box beneath the sorting chamber. Between
this box and the front door to the sorting chamber is a small gap.
Microscope slides just fit through the gap when the front door is closed.
When you press the slide onto the top of the plexiglass box it lies
perfectly plain. Maybe, you can even fix it there with adhesive tape, if
you have a long sort.
