Hi,
Have you tested the effects of Isoton II on bacterial growth? You could
try washing some bacteria in Isoton then plate them out and see if it
slows them down. I haven't got a recipe for it but I vaguely remember
that it has some unusual compounds in that are presumably there as
preservatives/bacteriostats.
