I had similar experience in the beginning...found most of the problem was in the Windows recorder. I was using Windows 3.0 and the first release of PC-LYSYS,
however. Since upgrading to Windows 3.1 I've had little problem. Also, there
is a new release of PC-LYSYS which might work better -- it maaintains data
window positioning more reliably.
