flourescent signal shifts

To people doing intracellular (directly conjugated) and surface
staining(also directly conjugated):

Do you find you have flourescent signal shifts doing the above, vs doing all
surface staining (3-color)? If so, do you have any idea why it happens? If
not, could you share with me your protocol for intracellular staining?
