c-myc and flow cytometry

I just had an investigator ask me about detecting c-myc ( a nuclear antigen if I followed them correctly) with flow cytometry. I sent them to the library to do a literature search, since I hadn't done it before. I'm wondering if any folks here have done this, and know of a good protocol and/or reference I might obtain as a starting point. the quick search I did didn't turn up any flow with c-myc.

thanks,

Chris
