I am aware of your Blood paper. What I referred to in my earlier response
about our procedure for sorting hematopoietic cells in Go was to isolate
VIABLE Go cells at the time of sorting rather than to analyze pre-sorted cells
(such as your AA4+ Sca+ flk-2+ or -) for the percentage of cells in Go and
render them dead in the process.
