Subject: Hoechst 33342 emission in apoptotic cells
Date: Thursday, May 25, 1995 7:01PM
Hi all! Can anybody help us?
We are trying to detect apoptosis in Jurkat cells, with Ho33342.
We see a shift in Hoechst emission to longer wavelenghths in apoptotic cells
respect to non-apoptotic ones. Can anybody explain?
Thanks,
